Abstract: Immunoglobuling4-related ophthalmic disease (IgG4-ROD) is a common ocular disease that can develop into lymphoma, but the mechanism of its occurrence is unknown. Ocular adnexal lymphoma is the most common ocular malignancy in adults. The clinical manifestations and imaging features of IgG4-ROD and ocular adnexal lymphoma are similar, so it is difficult to distinguish them based on clinical manifestations and imaging changes alone. The results of histopathological examination and genetic test are still the gold standard for the identification of them.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2021, 45: 364-368)
